KATRO LTD., commonly known as Frozen Foods of Northern Greece, started its operations in May 1996, after years of experience already in the non-refrigerated food sector, thus consolidating a presence charged with similar experience. The philosophy of KATRO Ltd. is the people who staff it as well as all its external partners, thus projecting the achievement that we have all achieved together.

KATRO Ltd., closing its 28 years of operation, continues to move forward with success towards the future. The last decade has been a period of continuous growth, achieving all the goals we had set. We have managed to expand our sales, covering an ever-greater range of areas in which we place our products. We developed and expanded our storage areas, with all modern specifications. We are constantly improving and modernizing our equipment. It is worth mentioning that we give importance to the main factor of our success, the person!

Καταφέραμε να επεκτείνουμε τον κύκλο εργασιών μας, καλύπτοντας ολοένα και μεγαλύτερο εύρος περιοχών στις οποίες τοποθετούμε τα προϊόντα μας. Αναπτύξαμε και επεκτείναμε τους αποθηκευτικούς μας χώρους, με όλες τις σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές. Βελτιώνουμε και εκσυγχρονίζουμε συνεχώς τον εξοπλισμό μας. Μα πάνω απ’ όλα δίνουμε σημασία στον κυριότερο παράγοντα της επιτυχίας μας, τον άνθρωπο!

Our goal is the correct placement and promotion of your products. Even in the 370 privately owned freezers that have been granted to our customers for exploitation.

This means that your product will also have access to more than 600 wholesale and retail points that we control (RETAIL - Super Market, Mini Market, grocery stores, butchers, greengrocers, etc. or CATERING - Fast Food, Bakeries, Taverns, Ouzeri, etc.)

It will be stored in our privately owned facilities of 750 sq.m. (freezer) 290 sq.m. (maintenance) or even at 900 sq.m. (storage) and will receive the best conditions for their preservation.

It will be promoted from our distribution center, which is based in Giannitsa and will be transported by our 14 cars, in the prefectures of Pella - Imathia - Kilkis - Pieria and Thessaloniki.

We also take care of their storage (Storage) or even their distribution (LOGISTICS) where you ask us.

With a strong sales department, manned by 11 experienced salespeople and with a modern concept, which wants distribution to be a key part of the product, the KATRO company is developing into a great distribution force in its field.
