KATRO Ltd. offers the possibility of delivering orders in the following ways:

A. Pickup from our physical facilities.

You can place your order online, pick it up and pay the bill at our physical store in Giannitsa, Pella without additional financial burden.

B. Delivery by Speedex Courier .

The cooperating carrier undertakes the processing of the transport of your parcel to its destination with the respective tariff charges set by the carrier and may be adjusted based on external changes in which the customer will be informed through the communication channels available to the company with the customer. Deliveries to land, island and remote destinations are priced differently due to different mileage. The cash payment is charged in addition to the transport costs and is set at 1.50 euro, an amount that may change in relation to additional benefits that may be requested (same day delivery, morning hours). C. Delivery by courier of your choice.

It is possible to receive your package with the carrier of your choice, by carrying out the procedure of receipt and payment with the carrier from our physical facilities. To place an order with the courier of your choice, we recommend that you call us or contact us for better coordination and processing of your order.

The company offers you the option of paying for your order in one of the following ways:

In the event that a deposit is made to a bank account, you must state your order number and optionally your full name as a reason for your deposit.

E. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at all stages of completion, except for the shipping stage, in which you follow a specific cancellation protocol, for more information, please call 2382-082-222 or by e-mail at [email protected].

We would like to inform you that the right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) - states that the customer can return the products he has bought from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, without the existence of wear and tear.
